Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry. Your ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships is key — you understand the importance of articulating value propositions to partners and ensuring their success. You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of restaurant partners. You leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations, ensuring that your partners can optimize their operations and grow their businesses.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback from restaurant partners. Your proactive approach helps identify risks and opportunities, allowing you to address issues swiftly and maintain high levels of account retention. You are skilled at leading commercial discussions, particularly during contract renegotiations, ensuring that both Uber and its partners benefit from mutually advantageous agreements.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will manage a portfolio of local favorite restaurants in the Flanders region. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong and long-term commercial relationships with your partners, helping them leverage the full suite of Uber products and services to grow their businesses. You will co-define growth strategies with your partners, leading initiatives that include effective marketing recommendations and operational optimizations.

You will utilize data to identify opportunities and gaps, prioritizing them based on their estimated impact. Building convincing pitches to your restaurant partners will be essential, as will analyzing the results of the solutions you implement. You will also partner with internal stakeholders to collect and synthesize feedback from restaurant partners into actionable insights, ensuring that Uber Eats continues to meet their needs effectively.
