What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of Uber.com’s headless CMS and AI-powered content tools, ensuring they meet the needs of thousands of Uber employees worldwide. You will participate in every phase of the product life cycle, from ideation to sprint planning, ensuring that engineering productivity is maximized through clear requirements and ambitious yet achievable workloads.

You will collaborate closely with teams in SEO, Applied Science, Web Analytics, and Data Engineering to drive products that accelerate Uber’s growth. Your responsibilities will include owning programmatic publishing capabilities that enable SEO experimentation and scalable content generation powered by LLMs. You will also conduct customer research to identify high-impact features and create robust documentation using user stories and specifications.
