You have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience leading testing initiatives across complex software products. Your expertise allows you to take ownership of end-to-end test strategies and implement process improvements that enhance overall quality. You are proactive in identifying quality gaps and recommending improvements to strengthen the quality ecosystem. Your communication skills enable you to effectively convey testing issues and propose data-driven solutions. You understand the importance of establishing comprehensive regression testing strategies to maintain the integrity of existing features. Your experience with software migration testing efforts positions you as a strategic advisor within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and maintenance of end-to-end testing for new features within the UberEats space. Collaborating with US-based product and engineering teams, as well as offshore testing vendors, you will ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards before release. You will oversee offshore bug management teams, ensuring accountability and quality in testing processes. Your responsibilities will include implementing flexible and scalable processes to enhance workflow efficiency across teams, aligning with larger organizational goals.

You will proactively identify quality gaps and recommend technical, process, and tooling improvements to strengthen the quality ecosystem. As a senior point of contact, you will act as a strategic advisor between cross-functional teams and offshore testers, driving quality and accountability. Your role will also involve communicating testing issues, proposing data-driven solutions, and driving resolutions to ensure that Uber's Delivery products are released with the utmost quality.
