Uber is hiring a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to drive cross-platform engagement and insights. You'll work closely with Product, Ops, Data Science, and Marketing teams, leveraging your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions. You have a strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach — your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights has been key in your previous roles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact outcomes. Your experience in operations and strategy has equipped you with the skills to support governance and enable smarter decision-making across platforms.

You possess a solid understanding of customer behavior and program performance — your expertise in conducting deep dive analyses allows you to uncover insights that inform strategic direction. You are comfortable operationalizing segmentation programs and monitoring their effectiveness, ensuring that all stakeholders have the clarity needed to make informed decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate insights and conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses on customer behavior and program performance — translating your findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You will operationalize customer segmentation programs, supporting their day-to-day execution and monitoring key thresholds and lifecycle triggers. Your collaboration with Product, Ops, Data Science, and Marketing teams will be crucial in shaping Uber's investment strategies and communications.

You will take ownership of business-critical workflows, ensuring that the foundations of segmentation and allocation strategies are built effectively. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you conduct deep dive analyses to uncover actionable insights that inform strategy and shape platform investment decisions. You will also ensure that leadership has the clarity and transparency needed to drive high-impact outcomes across Mobility and Delivery.
