Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a marketplace environment. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize performance across various business segments. Your experience includes managing key performance indicators and driving improvements in metrics such as LTV, churn, and reliability.

You are adept at designing and executing A/B experiments to test hypotheses and optimize marketplace behavior. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, allows you to effectively bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to solve complex problems.

Desirable

Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus. Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional spend management will help you excel in this role. You have a track record of successfully launching and localizing features in a competitive market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for your marketplace segment, identifying growth opportunities and building operational playbooks to capture them. You will manage the strategic deployment of incentives and pricing levers, analyzing elasticity to balance growth with sustainable unit economics. Your responsibilities will include owning the core KPIs for your business area and driving significant improvements in performance.

You will partner with global product teams to launch and localize new features in the Canadian market, ensuring they meet the needs of local users.
