Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment. Your expertise includes developing program strategies, defining objectives, and measuring success through KPIs. You excel at engaging and energizing teams to deliver efficiently on program goals, leveraging data analysis and insights to drive improvements.
You are a subject matter expert in merchant onboarding flows and catalog data management, with a deep understanding of the technical and business aspects of the delivery marketplace. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business leads.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will structure and drive high-impact initiatives that align with Uber's delivery marketplace objectives. You will develop overall program strategies, defining objectives, KPIs, and milestones for teams to execute against. Your role involves engaging teams to deliver efficiently on program goals, partnering with tech and business leads to identify opportunities for improvement.
