You have a strong background in strategy development and execution, with experience leading end-to-end strategic projects that drive business growth. Your analytical skills allow you to translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations, making you an effective communicator with senior stakeholders. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, acting as a key connector between local and central teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution pace. You possess a problem-solving mindset, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility, and are comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Delivery (Restaurants) LatAm team, leading strategic initiatives across the CASA region with a special focus on the Chile market. You will take direct accountability for Chileβs performance, ensuring that strategic projects are executed effectively. Your responsibilities will include communicating insights and project progress to senior stakeholders through high-quality presentations and written materials. You will also own the prioritization of initiatives, applying structured problem-solving to accelerate project timelines and drive tangible business outcomes.
