Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify risks and dependencies proactively, ensuring that potential issues are resolved before they impact project timelines. You are adept at establishing clear success metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the business value of your programs. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at communicating effectively with stakeholders across various functions, including Engineering, Product, and Data Science.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical programs for Uber AI Solutions. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal, Business Development, and Compliance teams to design and implement scalable and secure solutions that meet the needs of clients and resources in the digital marketplace. You will drive strategic planning processes, defining program scope, aligning priorities, managing resources, and communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders. Your role will involve acting as a central point of coordination across global and regional teams, ensuring consistent execution across multiple work streams. You will champion operational excellence by continuously improving program delivery frameworks and team collaboration models. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a culture of accountability and performance within the team.
