Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a knack for generating new business opportunities — you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with prospective customers across various industries. You have experience in outbound prospecting, whether through cold calling, email outreach, or marketing campaigns, and you understand the importance of hitting key performance metrics to drive success.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to conduct high-level conversations with key buying personas at targeted client accounts — your ability to tailor messaging to specific audiences sets you apart. You are comfortable using Salesforce to manage, track, and report on all sales activities, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline and work closely with assigned Account Executives to qualify leads. You will research and develop relationships with startups, mid-market, and enterprise accounts, uncovering their business challenges and identifying relevant new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include writing highly tailored and personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings with target personas, ensuring that you highlight Uber's value proposition effectively.

You will manage your sales activities diligently, tracking your progress and results using Salesforce, and you will be expected to hit assigned Key Performance Metrics, including the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated each month. As part of a growing team, you will contribute to the overall success of Uber AI Solutions by driving real impact and helping clients create new machine learning models through staffing, training, and program management.
