You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in the enterprise software space, where you've successfully cultivated strategic relationships with clients. Your ability to understand complex customer challenges and connect them to effective solutions is a key strength. You thrive in environments that require clear storytelling and executive engagement, ensuring that clients see the measurable impact of their investments in AI.
You are curious and self-propelled, always seeking to learn more about the transformative power of automation and AI. Your genuine interest in helping organizations succeed drives you to go above and beyond in your role. You understand the importance of collaboration across teams and are adept at navigating complex organizational structures to deliver results.
Desirable
Experience in AI or automation technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by enterprises in their digital transformation journeys. A background in consulting or a similar field where you've worked closely with clients to drive change would be beneficial.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Account Manager at UiPath, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, guiding them through their AI transformation journey. Your role will involve understanding their unique challenges and aligning them with the right AI-driven solutions that UiPath offers. You will be responsible for driving real business outcomes, ensuring that clients unlock the full value of their investments in agentic AI.
You will engage with executives and stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives that illustrate the potential impact of AI on their operations. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential in helping clients visualize their path to success. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively.
In this role, you will also be expected to track and report on client progress, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Your focus on results will help accelerate clients' AI journeys, ultimately leading to meaningful commercial value for both the clients and UiPath.
