UiPath is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to provide strategic partnership and operational expertise to support the growth of their enterprise business. Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations or a related field, with experience in providing strategic insights to enhance sales productivity. You are curious and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to the growth of a leading automation company. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with sales leadership sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Desirable

Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. You understand the importance of driving operational excellence and have a track record of implementing successful initiatives that promote efficiency and scalability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities for increasing sales productivity and improving operational efficiency. You will design, document, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and optimize revenue. Your contributions will include participating in annual planning activities, such as territory mapping and quota assignment, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will drive operational excellence across revenue processes, collaborating with various teams to promote efficiencies and support the overall growth strategy of UiPath.
