You have a strong background in technical support, particularly with on-premise products and cloud services — your experience includes troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for clients. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for UiPath's on-premise products and cloud services, including the UiPath Automation Suite and Orchestrator. You will lead the resolution of incidents reported by clients, hypothesizing the mechanisms behind issues and collaborating with various departments to reach consensus on solutions. Your role will also involve onboarding clients to UiPath products, ensuring they have the necessary support and guidance to utilize the tools effectively.
You will contribute to the development and operation of AI agents and robots that support the automation of support tasks, enhancing the efficiency of the support team. Additionally, you will write knowledge base articles for external publication, sharing insights and solutions with the broader community. You will engage in discussions with overseas development and technical support teams to address issues and develop effective solutions. Your work will encompass planning, designing, and delivering technical support services that align with UiPath's mission of transforming the future of work through automation.
