Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in product security, where you've successfully led initiatives that integrate security into the software development lifecycle. Your background includes a strong understanding of secure design principles and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are proficient in using metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and security maturity. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risk posture and report findings to senior leadership, ensuring that security remains a top priority throughout the organization.

You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with engineering and product management teams. Your experience includes facilitating secure design, development, and deployment practices, which helps foster a culture of security within the organization.

You are knowledgeable about threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure CI/CD pipeline practices. Your technical expertise includes familiarity with tools and technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, which are essential for implementing secure processes.

Desirable

Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL. You understand the importance of continuous improvement in security practices and are eager to contribute to the development of scalable, secure-by-design processes.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at UiPath, you will drive large-scale product security programs that ensure the security of UiPath products and services throughout the software development lifecycle. You will develop metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure security maturity and risk posture, reporting your findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to facilitate secure design, development, and deployment practices across the organization. This involves leading initiatives on threat modeling, secrets management, vulnerability management, code integrity, and dependency security.

Your role will also include enhancing the maturity of secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that security is embedded in every phase of the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, fostering a proactive approach to security within the organization.
