You have a proven track record in DevOps leadership, with experience in defining technical visions and roadmaps for infrastructure and production engineering capabilities. Your expertise in cloud-native solutions and modern frameworks enables you to architect secure and scalable infrastructures that empower development teams.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside leaders in Data/ML, Mobile, and Backend to shape the overall technical strategy of the company. Your ability to champion a world-class DevOps culture is evident in your past experiences, where you've successfully transformed infrastructure and deployment processes.
You are well-versed in the full DevOps spectrum, from Infrastructure as Code to DataOps, and you have a passion for experimenting with emerging technologies. Your strategic mindset allows you to see the direct impact of your work on key business outcomes, influencing technical decisions across the organization.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity tools. You understand the importance of security practices in cloud architecture and are committed to implementing solutions that prioritize both innovation and safety.
What you'll do
As the DevOps Tech Lead, you will define the technical vision and roadmap for our DevOps and Production Engineering capabilities, aligning multiple teams around common patterns, tools, and practices. You will design and implement cloud-native solutions that leverage Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code to enhance our deployment ecosystem.
You will lead the architectural roadmap for our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our development teams while supporting the company's growth trajectory. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to establish best practices and drive the adoption of modern DevOps methodologies.
