You have a proven track record of implementing high-scale test architectures using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and you understand the intricacies of CI/CD workflows. Your management experience spans at least 2 years in a high-growth R&D environment, where you've fostered a culture of mentorship and high-quality delivery among your teams.

You are adept at defining long-term infrastructure strategies and optimizing CI costs — your expertise in cloud architecture ensures that your teams can maintain and scale cloud infrastructure effectively while ensuring security and integration across all application layers. You thrive in environments that require both technical and leadership skills, and you are passionate about building efficient and stable R&D engines.

What you'll do

As the DevOps Group Leader at Axonius, you will manage and lead the Developer Experience and Test Infrastructure teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality results. You will define the vision for asset management and testing architecture, focusing on optimizing CI/CD workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will involve designing and implementing high-scale CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments to streamline processes for over 200 developers.

You will maintain and scale cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, with a transition towards GCP, ensuring that all application layers are secure and integrated. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving the technical direction of the teams. You will work closely with other engineering leaders to align on best practices and ensure that the infrastructure supports the rapid growth of the organization.
