Overview
Axonius is seeking a DevOps Team Leader to lead a mission-critical team supporting their global R&D group. You'll design CI/CD workflows and automated environments while managing cloud infrastructure. This role requires 5+ years of experience in cloud-based environments and advanced proficiency in AWS.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience managing cloud-based environments and more than 2 years in engineering management, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively. Your advanced proficiency in AWS architecture allows you to design and optimize cloud infrastructure for stability and cost-effectiveness. You possess professional coding experience in languages such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript, which enables you to contribute technically while leading your team. Your extensive hands-on proficiency with modern CI/CD tooling, Docker, and Linux containers showcases your capability to implement efficient workflows and automated environments.
You are a proven leader who can provide technical mentorship and vision for asset creation, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals. Your deep understanding of security, data, and application layer integration allows you to architect robust technical solutions that meet the needs of a diverse group of developers. You communicate effectively in both English and Hebrew, facilitating collaboration across various teams including Security, IT, and R&D.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale the Axonius DevEx team, defining work methodologies and asset management visions that enhance R&D efficiency. You will design and implement CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments for over 200 developers, ensuring that the infrastructure supports their needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing all cloud infrastructure under the DevEx domain, focusing on stability and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Security, IT, and R&D to address service requests and architect technical solutions that drive innovation.
You will have the unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shaping the methodologies that define how applications are developed and delivered. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers in the field of DevOps.
