Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams — you understand the nuances of managing diverse workloads and prioritizing tasks effectively in a corporate environment. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to interact professionally with various stakeholders. You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which are essential tools for your daily tasks. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you are process-oriented, ensuring that every task is completed accurately and efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent time management skills, allowing you to meet deadlines consistently. As a self-starter, you are personable and mature, making you a valuable team player who can adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable
Experience with Navan and Slack would be a plus, enhancing your ability to coordinate effectively within the team and manage travel arrangements seamlessly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management for a team of Portfolio Managers, the Head of U.S. Fundamental Equity, the COO of Global Fundamental Equity, and the Deputy COO of Fundamental Equity. You will prepare agendas for meetings and manage expenses, ensuring that all logistical details are handled with precision. Arranging domestic and international travel will be a significant part of your responsibilities, including accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to these arrangements. You will also be tasked with answering phones and taking messages, acting as a crucial point of contact for the team. Your ability to manage multiple streams of information and tasks will be vital in supporting the executives effectively.

The expected base pay range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000, with additional compensation options such as performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
