Unity is hiring a Junior Developer Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve complex issues for customers and internal teams. You'll work closely with R&D and Product teams in Tel Aviv, utilizing your skills in SQL and data analysis.

Who you are

You have a proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze system and application-level issues — your hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis in Excel allows you to dive deep into technical problems and find effective solutions. You are highly self-motivated and accountable, with strong organizational and time management skills that help you manage multiple tasks effectively. Your excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enable you to convey complex technical information clearly to both customers and internal teams.

You are eager to learn and understand complex systems and technologies quickly — this curiosity drives you to deepen your technical knowledge and improve your problem-solving capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, where you can build cross-functional partnerships and contribute to meaningful improvements in user experience and internal processes.

Desirable

Experience with customer support or technical support roles is a plus, as is familiarity with Unity products or game development technologies. A background in software development or engineering can also enhance your ability to understand and resolve technical issues effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes and solutions using diagnostic tools — your expertise will be crucial in providing high-level technical support to strategic customers and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring that product functionality meets customer expectations. Creating and maintaining internal documentation and knowledge base articles will be part of your responsibilities, helping to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

You will also deliver technical training to other teams and support cross-functional projects, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and product quality, making your role vital to the success of Unity's products and services.
