Who you are
You have a strong background in troubleshooting and investigating complex CI/CD scenarios, and you thrive on providing innovative solutions to customer requirements. Your experience includes developing scripts in Bash, Python, and Groovy for debugging and automating processes, which allows you to effectively support JFrog's customers. You are familiar with setting up JFrog applications and third-party products in various development environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Your analytical skills enable you to analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, and JVM and OS parameters, allowing you to reproduce customer scenarios and identify relevant bugs or features. You maintain and improve a knowledge base of known issues and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the support team. You are comfortable collaborating with JFrogβs R&D, QA, Release, and Sales teams, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
You possess excellent spoken and written English skills, which are essential for interacting with customers and providing clear, concise support. Your adaptability allows you to work flexible hours and weekends when needed, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Knowledge or experience with databases (SQL), LDAP, NGINX, and Apache Tomcat is a plus. Familiarity with the modern DevOps stack and lifecycle, including experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions, is highly valued. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), will set you apart as a candidate. Graduates of advanced DevOps certification programs are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do
