Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the tech or gaming sectors — you understand how to translate complex technical features into clear customer value propositions. Your background includes working with AI and machine learning technologies, allowing you to effectively communicate their benefits to mobile developers and marketers.
You are strategic and execution-focused, with a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for product launches — you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to align product innovation with market needs. Your analytical skills enable you to segment customers effectively and define actionable personas that drive product design and marketing efforts.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with diverse audiences — you are adept at gathering customer feedback and competitive insights to refine your messaging continually. Your experience includes managing product marketing execution, ensuring that all aspects of the go-to-market plan are executed flawlessly.
Desirable
Experience in the mobile app ecosystem or with monetization tools is a plus — familiarity with platforms like Unity Ads and LevelPlay mediation will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the go-to-market plans for major product launches within Unity's Grow platform — you will define clear, actionable customer personas and bring these insights into product design and strategic briefings. Your responsibilities will include crafting messaging that translates technical features into customer value, particularly for AI/ML-powered products.
You will lead the creation and quarterly refresh of messaging frameworks, informed by customer feedback and competitive insights — your role will require you to collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of product launches. You will also analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Your work will directly influence how Unity's Grow platform reaches billions of users across the mobile app ecosystem — you will play a critical role in bridging product value and customer outcomes, ensuring that Unity's offerings resonate with gaming and mobile audiences. You will be responsible for tracking the success of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $94,100—$141,100 USD, depending on experience and location — you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse teams build better products.
You will be part of a mission-driven company that empowers developers and publishers to create profitable applications — your contributions will help shape the future of the real-time 3D creator economy. Unity fosters a culture of growth and learning, providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
