You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the tech or gaming sectors — you've successfully led go-to-market strategies and understand the nuances of customer engagement in mobile applications. Your background includes a strong focus on AI and machine learning, allowing you to translate complex technical features into clear customer value. You excel at customer and persona segmentation, crafting actionable insights that inform product design and marketing strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing. You are data-driven, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your marketing efforts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the go-to-market plans for major product launches within Unity's Grow platform, which includes Unity Ads and LevelPlay mediation. You will define clear customer personas, focusing on major mobile publishers and indie developers, and ensure that their distinct needs are addressed in product design and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include crafting messaging frameworks that effectively communicate the value of AI/ML-powered products to mobile developers and marketers. You will lead quarterly refreshes of these frameworks based on customer feedback and competitive insights. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to align product innovation with market needs, ensuring that all marketing efforts drive user acquisition and engagement. You will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine your strategies and improve product positioning.

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $94,100 to $141,100 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the success of our Grow business.
