Production Analyst • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have over 2 years of analytical work experience, ideally within the ad-tech industry, and at least 1 year as a technical support engineer at tier 2 or 3. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively analyze and resolve technical issues. You possess a strong command of SQL, with a proven track record of querying large, complex data sets. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent, enabling you to maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. You are fluent in English and have a strong orientation towards implementing AI tools to enhance your work.

Desirable

You may also have proficiency in Advanced Excel and Looker, which would be advantageous for this role. Previous experience in technical support is considered a strong advantage, as it complements your analytical skills and enhances your ability to manage customer issues effectively.

What you'll do

As a Production Analyst in the Support team, you will conduct in-depth analysis of vast and intricate data sets that reflect the behaviors of millions of users. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly address technical production incidents, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently. You will take charge of the resolution process for cases, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams, including the business, R&D, and BI teams, to maintain a high level of service.

You will develop internal data tools for the Technical Support team, improving the investigation capabilities of the team and contributing to internal documentation to promote knowledge sharing. Your role will require you to effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer issues across Unity's range of products and platforms, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
