You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, focusing on building and optimizing predictive models that drive user engagement and conversion rates. Your expertise in Python and TensorFlow allows you to design and implement high-performance models that are both accurate and reliable.
You possess a strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques, enabling you to leverage large-scale behavioral data effectively. Your experience with user behavior modeling and creative understanding systems equips you to make context-aware predictions that enhance user experiences.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders ensures that your insights drive meaningful impact across the organization.
Desirable
Experience with ad tech or digital marketing is a plus, as it provides you with a deeper understanding of the industry dynamics. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies will help you continuously improve model performance and relevance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-performance click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) prediction models that power Unity's ad ranking and recommendation systems. You will build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling, enabling more accurate engagement predictions.
You will ensure model quality and reliability by continuously monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments based on real-time data. Collaborating with product managers and data scientists, you will drive the development of innovative bidding optimization systems that align with advertisers' goals and enhance user experiences.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting experiments to validate model effectiveness and iterating on strategies to achieve sustainable growth for Unity Ads. You will play a key role in shaping the future of advertising technology at Unity, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
