You have extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a strong background in developing and deploying models that enhance autonomous systems. Your expertise in generative AI, particularly in LLM and VLM solutions, positions you to contribute significantly to the evaluation systems for self-driving cars. You are driven by a desire to improve technology performance and have a proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems.

Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art deep learning and machine learning models that enhance human-led triaging processes and introduce automation for high-volume workflows. You will design and build generative AI solutions that analyze self-driving car behavior, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Waymo Driver. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models you develop are robust, scalable, and effective in real-world applications.
You will also be responsible for improving and speeding up the evaluation and onboarding journeys for developers, ensuring that the tools and systems you create are user-friendly and efficient. What we offer
Waymo provides a competitive salary range of $238,000 to $302,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
