UpGuard is hiring a Solutions Consultant to support customer expansion and demonstrate technical value. You'll work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to architect solutions that drive growth. This role requires expertise in a post-sales technical environment.

You excel in collaborating with sales teams to drive customer success and expansion, leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges. You have experience in architecting solutions that integrate multiple products, showcasing your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable technical strategies. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, enabling you to tackle the most challenging technical issues that arise during customer engagements. What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical and product expert for the Customer Success team, supporting customer expansion efforts. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during complex renewal and upsell opportunities, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your main objective will be to demonstrate advanced technical value and architect solutions that drive growth within the existing customer base.
You will leverage your deep expertise to architect complex integrations, serving as a final escalation point for challenging technical issues. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. You will also play a key role in educating customers about the full capabilities of UpGuard’s multi-product offerings, helping them to maximize their investment in our solutions.
