Desirable
Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management solutions. A consultative sales approach and strong communication skills will help you excel in this role, allowing you to effectively convey the value of UpGuard's offerings to clients. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can articulate complex concepts in a way that resonates with customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary technical and product expert for the Customer Success team, working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during complex renewal and upsell opportunities. You will demonstrate the advanced technical value of UpGuard's solutions to clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform to manage their cybersecurity risks effectively. You will also serve as a final escalation point for the most challenging technical issues, providing expert guidance and support to both customers and internal teams. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, as you help clients navigate their cybersecurity challenges and maximize the value of UpGuard's offerings.
