Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in go-to-market strategies and technical product readiness. You understand the importance of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for sales teams and customers alike. Your collaborative spirit drives you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about product capabilities and benefits.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product features and benefits in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Your analytical mindset helps you assess market needs and customer feedback, enabling you to refine product messaging and training materials.

You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the challenges that security teams face in managing risk. Your ability to empathize with customers and sales teams allows you to create tailored training and enablement programs that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies. You may have a background in technical sales or product marketing, which equips you with the skills to effectively bridge the gap between product development and market execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure that all go-to-market teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell UpGuard's products. Your goal is to simplify complex product functionalities into clear, role-specific understandings that enhance sales cycles and improve proof of concept outcomes.

You will lead the creation of product demos and training materials, ensuring they are engaging and informative. By working closely with sales teams, you will gather feedback on customer interactions and use this information to continuously improve training content and product messaging. Your role will also involve conducting regular training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team updated on product developments and market trends.

You will play a key role in the product launch process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful market entry. This includes coordinating with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique value propositions of UpGuard's offerings. You will also analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future product enhancements.
