What you'll do
As the Senior Data Analyst at Upstart, you will lead the Competitive Pricing program, overseeing the end-to-end process of competitive intelligence. You will analyze market trends and pricing strategies to ensure Upstart remains competitive in the lending marketplace. You will collaborate with various teams, including product management and marketing, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that track pricing performance and market positioning. You will conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and recommend actionable strategies to enhance competitiveness. You will also mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
