What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering for Core Pricing at Upstart, you will lead a team of engineers focused on developing innovative solutions that enhance the lending process. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, ensuring alignment with Upstart's mission to reduce the cost and complexity of borrowing. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, while also managing the day-to-day operations of your engineering team.
