What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Home Lending, you will be responsible for building and leading a new team dedicated to expanding Upstart's home equity line of credit offerings. You will oversee the hiring process, ensuring that you attract top talent who align with Upstart's mission of providing accessible credit. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team and guiding them through the development of innovative solutions that enhance the borrower experience.
