You have over 10 years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning and AI technologies. You possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, allowing you to drive impactful data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and business insights.
Your experience includes leading teams in the development of advanced machine learning models and Generative AI applications. You are well-versed in the latest AI technologies and have a proven track record of implementing solutions that leverage large language models for personalization and intelligent automation.
You thrive in high-energy environments and are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to explore new ideas and approaches in data science.
Desirable
Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA is a plus, as is familiarity with deploying AI solutions in a fintech context. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of how data science can drive business strategy.
What you'll do
As the Director of Data Science at Upstox, you will lead the design, training, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models that are critical to our business.
