Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to troubleshoot issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining high property standards and are committed to ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You are comfortable coordinating with third-party vendors and participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests alike is a key strength that helps you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring that all properties meet company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. You will travel between multiple worksites each day, performing a variety of tasks that may include repairing appliances, conducting HVAC maintenance, fixing plumbing issues, and troubleshooting wifi connectivity problems. Your proactive approach to preventative maintenance will help minimize issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

You will also be involved in coordinating with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your participation in on-call coverage will be essential for addressing urgent maintenance issues that arise outside of regular working hours. By maintaining a strong focus on customer service, you will contribute to the positive reputation of Vacasa as a trusted vacation rental company.
