Overview

Vacasa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties. This role requires problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license.

Who you are

You are a reliable Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition. You have experience in performing general repairs and preventative maintenance, and you are comfortable troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. You understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, and you are willing to coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily, completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned. You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure that all properties meet company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. You will troubleshoot various issues, including appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi connectivity, to provide timely solutions for guests and homeowners. You will also participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience during their stay. Your role will involve maintaining communication with the property management team and coordinating with third-party vendors to address any specialized maintenance needs. You will be expected to uphold the company's values of trust and support while contributing to a positive team culture.

What we offer

Vacasa offers competitive compensation ranging from $28 to $31 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, you will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.
