Who you are
You are someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and values genuine hospitality. You understand the importance of maintaining high property standards and are eager to contribute to a culture of trust and support. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, which is essential for this role. You are ready to take on various responsibilities, from light maintenance tasks to assisting with guest relations.
What you'll do
As a Property Caretaker, you will support an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties. Your daily operations will include identifying areas for improvement and assisting managers in enhancing processes to drive efficiency and quality outcomes. You will respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns through emails, calls, and tickets, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will perform light home maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets. Regular inspections of the properties will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
