What you'll do

As a Property Caretaker, you will assist in the daily operations of a portfolio of vacation rental homes. Your responsibilities will include performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets. You will conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure they meet high standards of quality and cleanliness. Additionally, you will support the team by addressing escalated guest and homeowner concerns through effective communication via emails, calls, and tickets. Your role will also involve collaborating with managers to enhance processes that drive efficiency and quality outcomes.
