What you'll do

As a Property Caretaker, you will support an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling all aspects of property management. This includes daily operations, maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing door hinges, and conducting regular inspections to ensure properties meet high standards. You will assist in managing owner and guest relations, responding to emails, calls, and tickets to address any escalated concerns. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and reputation of the properties you oversee.

Vacasa offers competitive compensation ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, with actual pay varying based on your skills and experience. Eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $250 per month.
