You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with the ability to drive a company vehicle if required.

What you'll do

As the Lead Housekeeper, you will oversee daily operations and workflow management to optimize team productivity and meet departmental objectives. You will assist with scheduling and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality outcomes. Your role will involve performing inspections of cleans completed by housekeepers and providing feedback to ensure high standards are maintained. You will also participate in hands-on cleaning and inspections, demonstrating your commitment to quality and teamwork. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and fostering a positive work environment.

You will receive $24 per hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.
