What you'll do

As the Local Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching and performance management — conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support their growth. You will oversee the daily operations and workflow management of your assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues that arise, whether it's assisting a guest with a gas fireplace or managing property maintenance requests.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and maintain high property standards. Your hands-on approach will allow you to engage directly with both guests and team members, creating a positive and productive work environment. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly while maximizing efficiency.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 per year, along with a car allowance for eligible employees.
