You have strong communication skills and handy-person abilities β whether it's changing a light bulb or guiding a guest through lighting a gas fireplace over the phone, you are ready to assist. You enjoy leading and developing a team, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and supporting their professional growth through effective coaching and mentoring. You understand the importance of aligning team goals with company objectives and are committed to fostering a supportive work environment.
You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of overseeing the daily operations and workflow management of a portfolio of properties. You thrive in a role that allows you to make a real impact on the homeowners and guests we serve every day. You are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driverβs license, ensuring you can drive a company vehicle when necessary.
What you'll do
As the Local Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of employees, ensuring they receive the coaching and mentoring needed to excel in their roles. You will conduct regular evaluations to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations and managing the workflow of your assigned portfolio of properties to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.
You will be the go-to person for resolving operational issues, providing hands-on support when needed, and ensuring that all properties meet the high standards set by Vacasa. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the guest experience and maintain strong relationships with homeowners. Your role will also involve conducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
