Who you are
You have strong communication skills and handy-person abilities, capable of addressing a variety of tasks from changing light bulbs to assisting guests with their needs over the phone. You thrive in a team environment and are passionate about developing others through effective coaching and mentoring. You understand the importance of aligning team goals with company objectives and are committed to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
You possess a valid driverβs license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record. You are comfortable conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth within your team. You are proactive in overseeing daily operations and managing workflows to ensure that all properties in your portfolio meet the high standards set by Vacasa.
What you'll do
As the Local Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure alignment with company goals. You will oversee the daily operations and workflow management of your assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring that each property is maintained to the highest standards. You will conduct regular evaluations and one-on-one meetings to support your team's professional growth and development.
You will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall guest experience. You will play a key role in building trust with homeowners and guests alike, contributing to the exceptional experiences that Vacasa is known for.
What we offer
Vacasa offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
