You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in the fields of accounting and finance, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You are skilled at building professional relationships and have a knack for identifying qualified candidates for various roles, including Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts, and CFOs. Your proactive approach to recruitment allows you to generate leads and support business development efforts effectively. You understand the importance of achieving performance objectives and are driven to exceed individual Gross Margin targets. You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to collaborate across different lines of business to fulfill open positions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and recruiting qualified talent for strategic projects and interim engagements in the finance and accounting sectors. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting candidate interviews, generating leads through professional relationships, and collaborating with teammates to fulfill open positions across various lines of business. You will also be expected to achieve performance objectives related to activity and individual Gross Margin according to job level and line of business.
