What you'll do

You will actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in your recruitment activities, ensuring that you match the right talent with the right opportunities. You will conduct weekly interviews in line with performance objectives, helping to build a strong pipeline of candidates. Your role will involve generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively.
