What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the recruitment process for finance and accounting positions, ensuring that you identify the best candidates for your clients. You will engage with CFOs and other executives to understand their hiring needs and provide them with top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will also be expected to contribute to business development efforts by generating leads through your network and interactions. Collaborating with teammates will be essential as you work together to fulfill open positions and support the overall goals of the organization.
