What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for both contract and direct-hire positions within the finance and accounting consulting space. You will collaborate with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while ensuring candidates are well-informed and supported throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

You will also work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver recruitment projects effectively and timely. Your ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
