What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engagement with specialty chemical and raw material suppliers, ensuring that they are motivated to participate actively on Valdera’s procurement platform. You will take ownership of supplier engagement strategies, conducting thorough assessments of the supply market to identify the best suppliers for various buyer needs. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple RFQs, ensuring that buyers receive high-quality quotes in a timely manner. You will work closely with both suppliers and buyers to facilitate smooth communication and foster strong relationships.

You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and supplier performance, using this data to inform your engagement strategies. Your insights will help shape the procurement process and improve the overall experience for buyers on the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier engagement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of Valdera’s services. Your role will be pivotal in driving supplier participation and ensuring that Valdera remains a leader in the manufacturing sourcing space.
