What you'll do

As a Senior Transformation Consultant at Valiantys, you will play a crucial role in supporting client transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Principal Transformation Consultants and Delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include co-developing transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices, translating business and IT requirements into clear value propositions, and contributing to the creation of reusable approaches and templates.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate their transformation journeys while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Your role will involve guiding organizations through their business and IT transformation processes, leveraging your expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem to provide tailored solutions. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to various methodologies that drive operational excellence and innovation.
