You have a strong background in client management and advisory roles, ideally with experience in the freelance or gig economy. Your ability to articulate clear ROI and design innovative operating models sets you apart. You thrive in high-stakes environments and are skilled at building relationships with top-tier prospects and clients.

You are passionate about transforming how work gets done and understand the importance of positioning a company as a core strategic partner within a workforce ecosystem. Your experience allows you to leverage ecosystem partnerships effectively to secure profitable and scalable Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Account Leads by managing high-stakes advisory engagements with clients. Your primary goal will be to position Malt as a strategic partner within their workforce ecosystem. You will design innovative operating models that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they see the value in partnering with Malt.

You will articulate clear ROI to clients, helping them understand the benefits of working with Malt and how it can enhance their workforce strategies. Your role will involve leveraging ecosystem partnerships to help secure profitable and scalable Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring that both Malt and its clients achieve their goals.
