You have at least 1 year of experience in roles related to collections, call centers, or customer service, which has equipped you with a solid understanding of quality assurance processes. Your proficiency in Office 365 allows you to efficiently document and analyze data, ensuring clarity and organization in your evaluations. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify deviations and operational risks effectively. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality in all interactions. You understand the importance of compliance with customer protection guidelines and regulatory standards, and you are dedicated to upholding these principles in your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute quality evaluations of inbound and outbound collection interactions, ensuring adherence to established quality criteria and methodologies. You will verify compliance with customer protection guidelines and applicable regulations, documenting any deviations or risks associated with improper practices. Your responsibilities will include providing clear and structured reports on evaluation results, ensuring traceability and quality of information. You will utilize assigned tools for evaluations and case tracking, and you will offer recommendations for improvement based on your findings.
