Overview

Vana is seeking a Gestor de Cobranza to facilitate access to financial products for underbanked populations in Guatemala. This role focuses on managing credit applications through their Android app.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of financial products and a passion for improving access to finance for underbanked populations. You have experience in customer operations or collections, and you are comfortable using technology to streamline processes. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively assist customers in navigating the credit application process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the credit application process through Vana's Android app, ensuring that customers can easily access financial products without the need to visit a physical location. You will work closely with the technology team to enhance the user experience and address any issues that arise during the application process. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through their applications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all users.
