Who you are
You are an analytical professional with a strong focus on maximizing productivity and efficiency in credit collection. You have experience in data analysis and are skilled at monitoring performance indicators to support strategic decision-making. Your ability to anticipate risks and propose actionable improvements is key to your success in this role.
You possess a deep understanding of credit portfolio management, including methods for analyzing portfolio health and identifying early risks. Your expertise in segmenting portfolios by risk and payment behavior allows you to optimize collection strategies effectively.
You are proficient in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and effectiveness, ensuring that you can detect operational deviations and generate early alerts on performance drops. Your analytical skills enable you to create executive reports that reflect the business's pulse and support tactical and strategic decisions.
You have experience in building projections and recovery forecasts, evaluating scenarios and trends to inform decision-making. Your ability to measure the financial impact of changes in policies and collection strategies is crucial for driving improvements in cash flow.
What you'll do
In this role, you will continuously analyze the health of the credit portfolio using advanced data analysis techniques. You will design and execute portfolio segmentations based on risk, payment behavior, and aging to optimize collection strategies. Daily monitoring of KPIs such as contactability, RPC, conversion rates, and compliance with payment promises will be part of your responsibilities.
You will detect operational deviations and generate alerts on performance drops by advisor, team, agency, or country. Your role will involve preparing executive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
You will build projections and forecasts for recovery, assessing various scenarios and trends to inform strategic planning. Additionally, you will analyze the profitability of collection efforts across different channels, considering costs, efficiency, and net recovery.
